Establish short-based activities including outward- bound centre at Redwatch, Enfield Lock to complement existing canal boat activities. Landscaping and equipment.

This project was split into a feasability study and implementation. The feasability study was completed and as a result of this the money was diverted to the Lee Valley Regional Parks Authority and was spent on an Arts Centre in Enfield Lock.
